I am based in Warminster, Wiltshire, where I offer face-to-face therapy sessions on Thursdays and Fridays. Sessions last one hour and are charged at £40 per session. I also offer online and telephone counselling if this is something you would prefer. If you’re considering therapy and would like to know more, you’re welcome to get in touch to see whether working together feels right for you.

 

There is no set agenda and no expectation that you arrive with a clearly defined “problem.” Instead, our work is shaped by what you choose to share and explore. I offer a warm, respectful, and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly and honestly.

 

Some people come to therapy knowing exactly what they want to focus on; others arrive with a sense that something isn’t quite right, but without clear words for it yet. Both are welcome. We can take time to slow things down, I will listen carefully to your experience, and we can make sense of it together. Person-centred therapy places great value on the therapeutic relationship. There is no “right” or “wrong” reason to seek support. Clients bring a wide range of experiences, including things such as:​

  • A general sense of feeling stuck, lost, or disconnected

  • Strong emotions that feel confusing, overwhelming, or hard to express

  • Ongoing patterns in relationships that don’t feel satisfying or healthy

  • Questions about identity, self-worth, or direction in life

  • Experiences from the past that still seem to have an impact in the present

  • Periods of change or uncertainty, even when nothing specific feels “wrong”

 You might come with something very specific you want to work through, or simply a desire to understand yourself better. Therapy can be a place to explore how you relate to yourself, how you experience others, and what you need in order to feel more authentic and fulfilled.

 

Sessions are guided by you. You can speak freely, change direction, or take time to sit with what feels difficult. My role is to listen deeply, reflect your experience, and help you notice patterns, feelings, or meanings that may not yet be fully clear.​
